About Scofield Strategic Solutions
Scofield Strategic Solutions was formed in 2023 by Leslie Scofield with the goal of providing preparedness related education design, program management, and staff development services to public health, and healthcare organizations.
I bring over 20 years of experience working in the public health and healthcare field as a preparedness educator, program developer, and non-profit leader. My dedication to these sectors stems from years of experience creating effective solutions that are born from collaboration and honoring the value that a diverse set of lived and professional experiences brings.
Transformation is rarely easy.
Meaningful improvement requires honesty about where we are, the courage to confront outdated processes, and the discipline to rebuild with intention. It can involve resistance, hard conversations, and the discomfort of letting go of what no longer serves the mission. Growth is often messy. It takes work. It takes commitment. But the outcome?
